In the focus of scientific interest are the preclinical and clinical research in the field of oncology, radiology, pharmacology, cryomedicine, gastroenterology, rheumatology and biochemistry.
Areas of preclinical (experimental) research:
- search and study of new approaches to improve the safety profile and increase the effectiveness of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;
- study of the mechanisms of antiulcer action of drugs with cytoprotective activity;
- screening of chemical compounds suitable for the creation of pharmacological correctors of inflammatory and ischemic processes;
- study of ways to increase the bioavailability of pharmacological agents;
- study of the effect of nanoparticles on the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs.
- late radiation complications (radiation fibrosis, radiation ulcers, radiation inflammation);
- combined radiation damage;
- study of ways to correct inflammation as a precursor of pulmonary fibrosis after radiation therapy;
- paraneoplastic syndrome in rheumatological and neurological practic.
